Under State Law, school districts are not liable for accidents which occur in school. It is important to understand the school/district is not responsible for medical payments or bills for your child. If your child is injured during any school or athletic/UIL sponsored activity, all medical charges are your responsibility. As a service to the community, Hutto ISD has partnered with Texas Kids First  to help provide option student insurance for your child, purchased and applied for by the parent/guardian.
