
THE FOLLOWING POLICIES PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR GUESTS ATTENDING HUTTO ISD ATHLETIC EVENTS.
ADA ACCOMMODATIONS
Hutto ISD is committed to serving guests with disabilities.
At Hutto Memorial Stadium, designated ADA seating is available in Sections BB, DD, EE, and the second-floor mezzanine (varsity football only). Guests must have the appropriate tickets designated for ADA seating.

AGE & CHILDREN
There is no minimum age to attend a Hutto ISD athletic event.
Children 4 years and younger do not require a ticket.
Students in Kindergarten through 8th grade must attend with a parent or legal guardian and remain under that adult's supervision throughout the event.
ALCOHOL
Alcoholic beverages are prohibited on Hutto ISD property and inside Hutto ISD athletic venues.
Individuals possessing or consuming alcohol are subject to removal, and law enforcement may be contacted.
ANIMALS
Animals are not permitted inside Hutto ISD athletic venues except qualifying service animals and service animals in training.
Service animals must remain under the handler's control.
BACKPACKS & BAGS
Backpacks and large bags are prohibited.
Guests should review the Hutto ISD Clear Bag Policy before arriving.
All bags are subject to inspection.
BANNERS, FLAGS, POSTERS & SIGNS
Banners, flags, posters, and signs are not permitted inside Hutto ISD athletic venues without prior written authorization from the Athletic Director.
Additional content restrictions apply to signs and displays under the Prohibited Items Policy.
BINOCULARS
Binoculars are permitted at Hutto Memorial Stadium and are subject to inspection.
Binocular cases are prohibited under the Clear Bag Policy.
CAMERAS & PHOTOGRAPHY
Personal photography is permitted subject to venue policies.
Photography taken inside a Hutto ISD athletic venue may not be used for commercial purposes without written approval from Hutto ISD and the Hutto Athletic Department.
Camera bags, monopods, tripods, and selfie sticks are prohibited unless specifically authorized through approved media credentials.
CLEAR BAG POLICY
Hutto ISD athletic venues enforce a Clear Bag Policy to enhance security and expedite entry.

CODE OF CONDUCT
Guests are expected to demonstrate sportsmanship and treat players, coaches, officials, employees, and fellow fans with respect.
Disruptive, dangerous, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory conduct may result in removal without refund and additional restrictions from future events.
Texas SB 2929 applies to spectator removal at covered school district- and UIL-sponsored athletic competitions.
CONCESSIONS
Concessions are available at Hutto ISD athletic events, although all concession locations may not be open for every event.
Concession stands are cashless and accept debit and major credit cards.
CROSSOVER - HUTTO MEMORIAL STADIUM
Fans may not generally cross between the home and visitor sides of Hutto Memorial Stadium after entering.
For varsity football, Hutto fans who park on the visitor (East) side of Hutto Memorial Stadium must proceed toward the home (West) side as directed.
DRONES
Drones and other unmanned aircraft are prohibited at Hutto ISD athletic events.
DROP-OFF & PICK UP
Students in Kindergarten through 8th grade may not be dropped off to attend an athletic event without a parent or legal guardian.
Students arriving alone or only with friends will not be admitted.
EMERGENCY EVACUATION
During an emergency, follow instructions from the public-address announcer, event staff, security personnel, Hutto ISD Police, and local law enforcement.
Proceed to the nearest safe exit when instructed.
EVENT STAFF
Event staff is available throughout Hutto ISD athletic events.
If you need assistance, have a question, or notice a safety concern, contact the nearest event staff member.
FIELD & TRACK ACCESS
The field, track, sidelines, locker-room areas, and other restricted spaces are limited to authorized and properly credentialed individuals.
Guests entering restricted areas without authorization are subject to removal and possible law-enforcement action.
Field-access credentials are not available for purchase.

FIRST AID
If you or another guest needs medical assistance, notify the nearest event staff member immediately.
Staff will assist in contacting the appropriate medical personnel.
FOOD & BEVERAGES
Outside food and beverages are prohibited inside Hutto ISD athletic venues.
Personal beverage containers and coolers are not permitted except for approved medical or special-needs accommodations.
GATE OPENINGS
Gates generally open 30–60 minutes before the scheduled event start time.
Times are subject to change. Check your ticket or event information for updates.
LOST & FOUND
Items turned in to event staff may be taken to the Hutto Memorial Stadium Office or Athletic Field House.

Hutto ISD and event staff are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
If a member of your party becomes separated from you, immediately contact the nearest event staff member.
NOISEMAKES
Artificial noisemakers—including air horns and similar devices—are prohibited inside Hutto ISD athletic venues.
Prohibited items may be confiscated.

POSTSEASON EVENTS
Postseason tickets must be purchased online.
Discounts are not available for postseason events.
Accepted passes vary by event and will be identified on the applicable ticket page.
RE-ENTRY
Re-entry is not permitted once an event ticket has been scanned.
Guests who leave the venue and wish to return must purchase another ticket if tickets remain available.
SEATBACKS
Individual game seatbacks are permitted inside Hutto ISD athletic venues.
Seatbacks must not obstruct aisles, walkways, or other guests.
SMOKING, TOBACCO & VAPING
Hutto ISD athletic venues and facilities are smoke-free.
Smoking, vaping, and the use of tobacco products are prohibited in athletic venues, parking areas, and other Hutto ISD facilities.
Violations may result in ejection without refund.
STROLLERS
Strollers are permitted at Hutto ISD athletic venues.
For safety, strollers may not be stored in aisles, walkways, or stairways.
Contact an event staff member if assistance with an appropriate storage location is needed.
STUDENT SEATING - VARSITY FOOTBALL
Sections EE, FF, and GG at Hutto Memorial Stadium are designated for Hutto High School students during varsity football games.
TAILGATING
Tailgating is permitted in certain areas on Hutto ISD property.

UMBRELLAS
Umbrellas are prohibited at Hutto Memorial Stadium during varsity football events.
Guests should review event-specific information before arriving during inclement weather.
WEATHER
Hutto ISD Athletics monitors weather conditions and may delay, suspend, or evacuate an event when conditions create a safety concern.
If an evacuation is ordered, follow all instructions from event personnel and the public-address system.
WEAPONS
Weapons and items determined to be dangerous are prohibited in accordance with Hutto ISD policy and applicable law.
Guests are responsible for complying with all Hutto ISD security requirements before entering an athletic venue.
