KNOW BEFORE YOU GO

Help us make your entry as quick and easy as possible.

  • Purchase your tickets online before arriving. Tickets are not sold at the gate.
  • Have your digital ticket open and ready before reaching the entrance.
  • A Clear Bag Policy is enforced at all Hutto ISD athletic venues.

  • Hutto ISD concession stands are cashless. Debit and major credit cards are accepted.

TICKETS & ADMISSION

Hutto ISD athletic event tickets are sold digitally through HomeTown Ticketing. Visit their website or download the HomeTown Fan app for easy and convenient access.

PURCHASING TICKETS

Tickets for Hutto High School and Middle School athletic events must be purchased online. Tickets are not sold at the gate. We strongly recommend purchasing tickets before arriving at the venue to help reduce wait times and expedite entry.

TICKET POLICIES

  • All attendees age 5 and older must have a valid ticket unless otherwise authorised by Hutto ISD.
  • Children 4 and younger are admitted free.
  • All ticket sales are final and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Refunds may be provided only in limited circumstances, including an event cancellation, rainout before the event begins, or a venue change outside Hutto ISD.
  • Once a ticket has been scanned, re-entry is not permitted. A new ticket must be purchased to re-enter when tickets remain available.

VARSITY FOOTBALL

Ticket sales for varsity football events will officially end when the fourth quarter begins, and no additional entry into Hutto Memorial Stadium will be permitted for security reasons.

HUTTO ISD STUDENTS

Hutto ISD students must present their district-issued student badge/ID when entering athletic events.

UIL PLAYOFF EVENTS & TOURNAMENTS

All UIL Playoff and tournament tickets are sold online through HomeTown Ticketing.

  • Discounts are not available for UIL Playoff events.
  • Accepted passes vary by event.
  • Check the specific event ticket page for accepted passes and admission information.


HUTTO SENIOR GOLD CARD

The Hutto ISD Senior Gold Card is available to qualifying Hutto ISD residents age 55 and older and retired Hutto ISD employees. The Hutto ISD Gold Card provides complimentary general admission to Hutto ISD regular-season athletic events.

PLEASE NOTE

The Hutto ISD Senior Gold Card:

  • Is valid for Hutto ISD regular-season events.
  • Is not valid for UIL Playoffs or tournaments hosted by Hutto ISD.
  • Is not valid at athletic events hosted by other school districts or venues.

Hutto ISD Senior Gold Cards may be obtained through the Hutto ISD Athletic Office located inside the Kile G. West Memorial Athletic Field House. A valid government-issued ID and proof of residency are required for qualifying residents.


PARKING & ARRIVAL

Parking and entry procedures may vary by venue and event. Fans are encouraged to review the event-specific parking and entrance information before arriving. For varsity football and other high-attendance events, please allow additional travel and parking time. Follow any posted signs and instructions from attendants, event staff, Hutto ISD Police, and security personnel.

HUTTO MEMORIAL STADIUM - VARSITY FOOTBALL

Due to the configuration of Hutto Memorial Stadium, please note that fans cannot cross between sides after entering. Hutto fans parking on the visitor (East) side should plan extra time to walk around the stadium and enter through Gates 1 and 2, located on the home (West) side.

GATES & ENTRY

Gates generally open 30 minutes before the scheduled start for athletic events. For varsity football events, gates will open 60 minutes before the scheduled start time. Opening times are subject to change based on the event. Check your ticket and event information for specific gate-opening times.

To help expedite entry:

  • Purchase your ticket before arriving.
  • Open your digital ticket before reaching the scanner.
  • Have student IDs ready when applicable.
  • Follow the Clear Bag Policy.
  • Leave prohibited items at home.
  • Use the entrance designated for your seating area.

All guests and bags are subject to applicable venue security procedures.


CLEAR BAG POLICY

A clear bag policy is enforced at all Hutto ISD athletic venues to enhance security and help expedite venue entry.

BAGS

Backpacks and large bags are not permitted.

  • Permitted exceptions include:
  • Clear bags meeting district requirements
  • Small clutch-sized bags
  • Child-care bags
  • Medical bags

 All bags, regardless of size, are subject to inspection before entry.

Binoculars

Binoculars are permitted at Hutto Memorial Stadium and are subject to inspection. Binocular cases are not permitted under the Clear Bag Policy.




STUDENT, CHILDREN & FAMILY ATTENDANCE

Hutto ISD wants athletic events to remain safe and enjoyable for students and families.

Kindergarten - 8th Grade Students

Students currently attending Kindergarten through 8th grade must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times while attending any Hutto ISD athletic event.

Students in this age group:

  • Should not be dropped off without a parent or legal guardian.
  • Will not be admitted when arriving alone or only with friends.
  • Must remain under the supervision of their accompanying adult at all times.

The accompanying adult is responsible for the student should an emergency or venue evacuation occur.

HUTTO ISD STUDENTS

Hutto ISD students must have their district-issued student badge/ID available for entry.

CHILDREN AGE 4 AND YOUNGER

Children 4 years and younger are admitted free and do not require an event ticket.

HUTTO HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT SEATING - VARSITY FOOTBALL

Sections EE, FF, and GG at Hutto Memorial Stadium are designated for Hutto High School students during varsity football games.


ACCESSIBILITY & ADA ACCOMMODATIONS

Hutto ISD is committed to providing an accessible and welcoming experience for all guests with disabilities.

HUTTO MEMORIAL STADIUM ADA SEATING

Reserved ADA seating is available in:

  • Section BB
  • Section DD
  • Second-floor mezzanine (Varsity Football Only)

Guests needing ADA seating must have the appropriate reserved ticket designated for an ADA seating area. For accessibility questions or assistance before an event:

SERVICE ANIMALS

Animals are not permitted inside Hutto ISD athletic venues except for qualifying service animals and service animals in training.

Service animals must remain under the handler's control and must generally be harnessed, leashed, or tethered unless doing so would interfere with the animal's safe and effective performance of its trained tasks or the individual's disability prevents use of those devices.

Animals whose sole function is providing comfort, therapeutic companionship, or emotional support do not qualify as a service animal under venue policy and Texas State law.

Guests planning to attend with a service animal may contact Guest Services before the event so staff can assist with accessibility needs.

CONCESSIONS

Concessions are available at all Hutto ISD athletic events. The number of concession locations operating may vary depending on the event.

HUTTO ISD CONCESSIONS ARE CASHLESS

Accepted forms of payment include:

  • Debit Cards
  • Major Credit Cards

Cash and gift cards are not accepted.

OUTSIDE FOOD & BEVERAGES

Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside any Hutto ISD athletic venue. 

This includes personal beverage containers such as:

  • Yeti-style cups
  • Stanley-style cups
  • Tumblers
  • Bottles
  • Coolers

Water and other beverages are available for purchase at concession stands.


WEATHER & EVENT DELAYS

The safety of student-athletes, coaches, officials, staff, and fans is our highest priority.

If weather conditions require safety precautions, fans will receive instructions from event staff and/or the public-address system.

IF A VENUE IS EVACUATED

Teams will be directed to locker rooms while fans are instructed to leave the stadium and return to their vehicles.

Please:

  • Follow all PA announcements
  • Follow directions from event staff, security personnel, and law enforcement.
  • Do not remain in the seating area after evacuation instructions are issued.
  • Assist members of your party who may need additional help.
  • Remain alert for event updates and instructions regarding a possible resumption of play.


EMERGENCY PROCEDURES

In an emergency:

  • Remain calm and listen for public-address announcements.
  • Follow instructions from event staff, Hutto ISD Police, campus security, and local law enforcement.
  • Proceed to the nearest safe exit when directed.
  • Assist guests who may need help.
  • Do not attempt to enter restricted areas or return to the venue until authorized.

Emergency exits are clearly marked throughout Hutto ISD athletic venues.


FAN CODE OF CONDUCT

RESPECT THE GAME. RESPECT THE PEOPLE.

Hutto ISD and Hutto ISD Athletics are committed to providing a safe, welcoming, family-friendly environment for student-athletes, coaches, officials, staff, and fans. We ask everyone attending our events to demonstrate good sportsmanship and represent their school and community with pride.

Fans are expected to:

  • Cheer positively for their team.
  • Respect student-athletes from both schools.
  • Respect coaches and event staff.
  • Respect game officials and their decisions.
  • Avoid threatening, discriminatory, harassing, abusive, or disruptive behavior.
  • Follow instructions from event staff, security personnel, and law enforcement.
  • Remain in authorized spectator areas.

TEXAS LAW - SB 2929

Texas law permits a referee, judge, or other officials of certain school districts or UIL-sponsored athletic activities or competitions to eject a spectator for inappropriate behavior without first providing a verbal warning or requiring the behavior to continue.

VIOLATIONS

Guests who violate the Fan Code of Conduct or venue policies may be subject to consequences including:

  • Ejection without refund
  • Loss of ticket privileges
  • Revocation of season tickets
  • Removal from Hutto ISD property
  • Restrictions from attending future events
  • Law-enforcement involvement when appropriate

Hutto ISD reserves the right to refuse admission or remove guests whose behavior threatens the safety, security, or enjoyment of student-athletes, officials, employees, or other spectators.

SIGNS, FLAGS & PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS

Unauthorized signs, banners, posters, flags, and flagpoles are prohibited.

Materials displaying threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise prohibited content are not permitted.

Commercial marketing materials- including pamphlets, flyers, samples, or similar materials-require prior authorization.

Musical instruments and special spirit items must be coordinated with Hutto Memorial Stadium Management before the event.

Hutto ISD reserves the right to prohibit additional items when necessary for the safety and security of the event.
