ADA Accommodations

  • All Hutto ISD is committed to serving guests with disabilities. Our athletic facilities provide a family-friendly environment where accessibility needs were considered.
  • Certified service dogs or service dogs in training for guests with disabilities are welcome. 
  • Fans must have a reserved ticket designated for ADA seating areas in Sections BB, DD & 2nd Floor mezzanine.

Age

  • There is no minimum age requirement to attend Hutto ISD athletic events.
  • Children currently attending Kindergarten through 8th Grade must have a parent or legal guardian with them at all times in order to attend the event. It is the responsibility of those adults to ensure the venue is cleared should an emergency happen.
  • Children aged four (4) and under are free and do not need a ticket to enter.

Alcohol

  • Alcoholic beverages are not allowed on the property of Hutto ISD nor inside any Hutto ISD venue, including Hutto Memorial Stadium.
  • Those with alcohol or consuming alcohol will be removed from the venue, and law enforcement will be called.

Animals

  • Animals are not permitted into any Hutto ISD venue; however, we welcome guests with disabilities and their service animals or service animals in training. While not mandatory, we encourage guests with service animals to contact Guest Services (hhs.stadium@huttoisd.net) in advance to appropriately accommodate the needs of the guest and their animal.
  • Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered unless the individual's disability prevents these devices or these devices interfere with the service animal's safe, effective performance of tasks. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective controls.
  • Animals whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.

Backpacks

  • For security purposes, backpacks and large bags are not permitted into any Hutto ISD athletic venue. Please refer to the district's Clear Bag Policy for more information.
  • All bags, regardless the size, are subject to search before entry.

Banners & Signs

  • Banners, flags, posters, and signs of any shape and/or size are not allowed inside any Hutto ISD athletic venue without written permission from the Athletic Director.

Binoculars

  • Binoculars are permitted into Hutto Memorial Stadium and are subject to inspection before entry. Binocular cases are not allowed per the district's Clear Bag Policy.

Box Office (Event Tickets)

  • HomeTown Ticketing has partnered with Hutto ISD Athletic & Theater Art departments for the 2025-2026 school year.
  • Event tickets can only be purchased online using the HomeTown Ticketing website, smartphone, or other mobile devices.
  • All ticket sales are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, and all sales are final.
  • Refunds and exchanges will only be allowed in limited circumstances, such as rainouts prior to events starting, game cancellations, and/or venue changes outside of Hutto ISD athletic venues.
  • Re-entry is not allowed once a ticket has been scanned. Guests must purchase a new ticket to re-enter.
  • VARSITY FOOTBALL ONLY - Once the Fourth (4th) Quarter has started, tickets will no longer be sold, and entry into the stadium will not be allowed for security purposes.
  • We recommend you purchase your tickets prior to your arrival for the event to help expedite venue entry.

Cameras/Camera Bags

  • Photos taken at any Hutto ISD athletic venue should never be used for commercial purposes unless granted written approval from Hutto ISD, Hutto Athletic Department, and Hutto Memorial Stadium.
  • All camera bags, monopods, tripods, and selfie sticks are prohibited unless media credentials have been approved by the district's athletic department.

Clear Bag Policy

  • All Hutto ISD athletic venues adhere to a Clear Bag Policy in effect to enhance the existing security measures and expedite venue entry at all events.

Code of Conduct (Texas Law: SB2929)

  • Hutto ISD & Hutto Athletic Department are committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all fans visiting. We are also committed to hosting an environment free of discrimination and harassment against other fans, players, and/or officials. 
  • Fans in violation may be subject to penalty, including but not limited to ejection without refund, loss of ticket privileges for future games, and revocation of season tickets.
  • Fans who conduct themselves in an extremely disruptive or dangerous manner and/or commit multiple violations during 12 months may be banned from attending future events for up to a year or longer.
  • Hutto ISD, Hutto Athletic Department, and Hutto Memorial Stadium reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who has engaged in harassment of officials, opposing team members, event staff, or other fans.

Concessions

  • All Hutto ISD athletic venues will provide concessions for all athletic events. Depending on the type of events being held, not all concession stand locations will be open and available.
  • All concession stands are cashless. Debit and major credit cards will only be accepted. Cash and gift cards will not be accepted for any transaction.

Crossover (Hutto Memorial Stadium)

  • Due to the new design of the stadium, fans looking to cross over from one side of the stadium to the other are not allowed. 
  • VARSITY FOOTBALL ONLY - Hutto Fans may park on the visitor side of the stadium and enter at Gate 12 in the Northeast corner of the stadium to walk over to the home side.

Drop Off/Pickup Areas

  • Students currently attending Kindergarten through 8th Grade should not be dropped off at any athletic event without a parent or legal guardian with them at all times.
  • Students will not be granted access to enter if they are alone or with friends.
  • It is the responsibility of those adults should the venue need to be cleared or should an emergency happen.

Drones

  • Drones are prohibited at all Hutto ISD athletic events.

Emergency Evacuation Plan

  • In the event of an emergency, listen for instructions from the public address announcer. Event staff, Campus Security, and Local Law Enforcement will direct you to the closest safe exit. 
  • Please aid other fans who may need your assistance.
  • All exits and emergency exits are clearly marked.

Event Staff

  • Event staff will be located at all Hutto ISD athletic events. For any questions or concerns during the event, please feel free to reach out to the nearest event staff member located in your area.

Field Access

  • Only authorized persons with proper credentials are allowed onto the track surface and football field. Fans entering the area without proper credentials are subject to eviction and arrest.
  • Credentials for field access are not available for purchase.
  • Please contact the Hutto Memorial Stadium Office at hhs.stadium@huttoisd.net to request field access to an upcoming event.

First Aid

  • Should you or someone in your seating area require first aid assistance, please find the nearest event staff member to assist you.

Food & Beverages

  • All Hutto ISD athletic venues will offer concessions at every athletic event.
  • Outside food and drinks will not be allowed into any Hutto ISD athletic venue at any time. This includes Yeti or Stanley-style cups, containers, and coolers. Water is available and can be purchased at the concession stand during the event.

Gate Openings

  • Gates will generally open thirty (30) to sixty (60) minutes before the start of most events. These times are subject to change. Please check your ticket for information and updates.

Lost & Found

  • Any items that are found and turned into event staff can be found at the Hutto Memorial Stadium Office or Athletic Field House. Guests inquiring about lost items should email hhs.stadium@huttoisd.net.
  • Event staff are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
  • To report guests who have become separated from you, find the nearest event staff member for further assistance.

Noisemakers

  • Hutto ISD prohibits artificial noisemakers from being brought inside any athletic venue. This includes, but is not limited to, all horns (air horns included).
  • Prohibited items will be confiscated and not returned.

Post-Season Events

  • All postseason event tickets can only be purchased online through HomeTown Ticketing for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year. There are no discounts for postseason events.
  • A list of passes accepted will be provided for each event on the ticket link.

  • Animals (except for service animals)

  • Backpacks, purses, fanny packs, printed pattern plastic bags, reusable grocery totes, mesh or straw bags, duffle bags, large totes

  • Bags (except for childcare, medical, and those 4.5”x 6.5,” approx. size of an adult hand or a woman’s clutch purse)

  • Balls, unless purchased during the event at the Team Spirit Store (deflated)

  • Balloons

  • Clothing containing offensive, inciting, or foul language or depictions

  • Clothing containing wires, batteries, or other electronic components

  • Coolers of any shape and size (except for medical)

  • Flags and Flagpoles, unless coordinated with Hutto Memorial Stadium Management.

  • Fireworks or other explosives

  • Frisbees

  • Glass bottles or cans

  • Illegal drugs

  • Inflatable objects

  • Large Bags (see clear bag policy)

  • Laser Pointers

  • Marketing collaterals such as pamphlets, fliers, and product samples unless approved by Hutto Memorial Stadium Management.

  • Musical instruments must be coordinated with Hutto Memorial Stadium Management.

  • Artificial noise makers, including, but not limited to, air horns, whistles, etc.

  • Outside food and beverages of any kind - Exceptions will be made for medical conditions and/or special needs.

  • Signs, banners, or flags displaying symbols, images, using language, or making gestures that are threatening, abusive, or discriminatory, including based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, ability, and/or sexual orientation, are prohibited.

  • Signs, symbols, or images displayed for commercial purposes or for electioneering, campaigning, or advocating for or against any candidate, political party, legislative issues, or government action are prohibited.

  • Skateboards, roller skates, skates, hoverboards, scooters, etc.

  • Stickers, decals, or other items with adhesives

  • Streamers and/or confetti

  • Use of tobacco products and associated paraphernalia, including but not limited to lighters, vaporizers, vaporizer cartridges, etc.

  • Tripods, monopods, and selfie sticks

  • Umbrellas are prohibited

  • Unmanned and remote-controlled aircraft systems (Drones)

  • Weapons of any kind or items deemed dangerous by Hutto Independent School District, Hutto ISD Police Department, Hutto ISD Campus Security and Hutto Memorial Stadium.

  • 2-Way radio devices

Seatbacks

  • Individual game seat backs are allowed into Hutto ISD athletic venues.

Smoking, Tobacco Use & Vaping

  • Hutto ISD and all Hutto ISD athletic venues are smoke-free facilities. Smoking and the use of other tobacco products are PROHIBITED, including all areas of the stadium, parking lots, and other Hutto ISD facilities.
  • Violators of this policy may be ejected from the venue without refund. All season ticket members are responsible for their conduct as well as the conduct of their guests and/or persons using their tickets.

Strollers

  • Strollers are permitted at all Hutto ISD venues, but should never be stored in an aisle or stairway. Event staff can help with a proper storage location if needed.

Student Seating

  • VARSITY FOOTBALL ONLY - Sections EE, FF & GG are designated for Hutto High School students only. 

Tailgating

  • Tailgating is not permitted on Hutto ISD property, which includes the operated parking lots of Hutto Memorial Stadium, along with areas of nearby Elementary and Middle Schools.

Umbrellas

  • Umbrellas are prohibited at Hutto Memorial Stadium during all football events.

Weather

  • In case of inclement weather, fans will be notified if conditions require safety steps to minimize risks. 
  • Teams will move into nearby locker rooms, and all fans will be asked to exit the stadium and make their way to their vehicles. Coaches from each team will be responsible for relaying delayed information to their fans/parents.
  • Should events resume following evacuation, information will be addressed over the stadium PA system.

Weapons

  • Weapons of any kind are not permitted on Hutto ISD property or within any Hutto ISD athletic venue. Any individual carrying a weapon on site must secure their weapon in their vehicle or other property before entry.
  • This policy does not include weapons use by off-duty law enforcement officers.
