ATHLETICS MEDIA PASS REQUEST POLICY & GUIDELINES

Media & sideline pass requests for all Hutto ISD athletic events, including varsity football, must be submitted to the Hutto Memorial Stadium Office via request form no later than 48 hours prior to the day of the event. Your request does not guarantee access to that event due to limited availability. You will be notified via email if your request was approved or denied.

Priority in the press box for varsity football games will be given to the home and visiting teams media groups before approval of any other requests. Associated Press personnel may be granted a seat in the press box if capacity permits. In some cases, you may be required to sit outside the press box area. Hutto ISD reserves the right to revoke passes at any time, as deemed necessary by any Hutto ISD staff member.

Media credentials or tickets to commercial photographers, internet site publishers, statisticians, friends or children will not be provided. Hutto ISD prohibits the sale of photographs from any Hutto ISD athletic event and will not provide credentials to any photographers whose purpose of those photos sill be used for any purpose other than media coverage.
